Arcanic Assistant is an AI chatbot system which is integrated into the product Arcanic Storage to assist users in asking questions and retrieving information instead of manually data searching. This AI assistant has been built from the large language model Cono developed by Arcanic AI. Its operation is quite similar to how ChatGPT works, but it outstands with 2 points:

  • It proficiently uses the Vietnamese language, to serve Vietnamese community.
  • It can answer any types of knowledge. Arcanic Assistant will learn from the documents uploaded by users to Arcanic Storage and turn them into its own internal knowledge. In other words, the chatbot will be trained on those uploaded documents. This enables users to chat with the Arcanic Assistant about both publicly-known and private/internal knowledge.
